Overview
Travel is…
… driving up the only road in Canada which brings us to the Arctic sea. (with this new addition from Inuvik to Tuktoyaktuk (built in 2017).
… really understaning the vastness of my country driving up the Dempter highway (725kms) with only but one important truck stop on the way.
… driving on the ice roads from Inuvik to Aklavik.
… enjoying relaxing in a hot tub in an isolated NWT lodge with the magic of the aurora borealis dancing over my head.
… becoming a member of the Sourtoe cocktail club in Dawson city. (yes there is a frozen toe in your whiskey!)
… dogsledding in the northern mountains near Whitehorse. (driving my own sled too!)
… crossing the circle with a fun group of lady friends/clients! And singing O Canada with them at the Takhini local hot springs (and yes we got applauded by the locals!)
… never getting bored watching the northern lights!
